Through the Orizon Command Center, outhorized dealersgain cloud-based access to vessel data, fault history, and real-time alerts — all integrated with Orizon’s growing network of certified service points. The system transmits real-time engine error codes (DTCs) and automatically notifies the designated service center, as well as nearby centers capable of handling the intervention. These centers receive pre-analyzed data with likely causes, allowing them to respond quickly and effectively. This process significantly reduces diagnostic and repair times, minimizes equipment downtime, and lowers maintenance costs.
